NeuralTeks simplified joint stock company (hereinafter referred to as “NeuralTeks” and as defined in Article 1), operating under the NeuralTeks brand, offers artificial intelligence and data software and services (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Users”) and provides information about its services via its website http://www.neuralteks.com.
In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its solution, NeuralTeks collects personal data from the users and clients of its website.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the http://www.neuralteks.com website of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users’ personal data. The version of the policy in effect is the one appearing on the http://www.neuralteks.com website at the time the user contacts us for more information or to request access to a demonstration of NeuralTeks services.
NeuralTeks, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, which came into force on 25 May 2018. The Regulation ensures that personal data is processed in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as with respect for the dignity of the data subject, in particular with regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) may be modified at any time by NeuralTeks in accordance with the terms of Article 9 of this Policy, in particular in order to comply with any regulatory, case law, editorial or technical developments. The user must refer to the latest version of the Policy before browsing.

The data controller, who collects the personal data and implements the data processing, is :

Use of the neuralteks.com website involves the collection and processing of various types of personal data for different purposes and using different methods.
The personal data that may be collected is as follows:
– user data: i.e. data that the user provides when requesting a demonstration of NeuralTeks services via a contact form (first name, last name, email address, mobile telephone number)
– browsing data: this refers to data that the publisher collects when the User browses the Site, such as the date and time of connection and/or browsing, the type of browser, the language of the browser, the User’s IP address, location data and geolocation.
Third-party providers of applications, tools, gadgets and plug-ins on our website and its mobile version, as well as the networks on which NeuralTeks publishes editorial and promotional content (such as Facebook and Twitter, Linkedin) may also use automated means, linked to centres of interest and context, to collect user data (interactions with functions and profiling of online activity). This data is collected directly by these service providers and/or third parties and is subject to their policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralTeks is not responsible for the practices of such service providers and third parties.
Certain services may be altered or inaccessible without consent to the collection of the data referred to in this Policy.
- Purposes of collecting personal data
The data collected when using the site is processed for the purposes described below.
The regulations in force protect the privacy of Users and require any data controller to be able to demonstrate a legitimate basis for such processing. The regulations therefore include the following among the legal bases for processing (article 6 RGPD):
– the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, such as a sales contract ;
– compliance with a legal obligation, in particular for accounting purposes by keeping invoices;
– the prior consent of the data subject
– the legitimate interest of the data controller, while respecting the rights and freedoms of users. For example, improving the customer experience or preventing fraud may justify data collection.
Requests for information from NeuralTeks via the contact form are permitted only with your consent.
In order to respond as precisely as possible, you have the option of specifying your request. If, in order to explain your situation, you need to provide NeuralTeks with personal information, we ask you to send us what is strictly necessary.
You must provide this personal information in order for NeuralTeks to respond to your request. This information will be retained until your request has been processed or your consent has been withdrawn.
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of responding to your request, your first and last name and email address will no longer be used and will be deleted.
NeuralTeks is the sole recipient of your personal information.
Any submission of a contact form via the http://www.neuralteks.com website is subject to your prior acceptance of the Policy by ticking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” box. By ticking this box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this policy fully and completely.
With respect to requests for demonstrations of NeuralTeks services, such use is permitted only after obtaining your consent.
The provision of this personal data, with the exception of the telephone number, is mandatory in order for NeuralTeks to agree with you on the details of the demonstration.
This data is retained until your request has been processed or your consent has been withdrawn.
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your request for a demonstration, your full name, email address and telephone number will no longer be used and will be deleted.
NeuralTeks is the sole recipient of your personal information.
Personal data (cookies) may be used to update and enhance the http://www.neuralteks.com website and to combat internet fraud.
NeuralTeks does not share any personal data for commercial purposes with third parties.
The User may modify his/her personal data and withdraw his/her consent at any time by contacting NeuralTeks.
- Users’ rights to their personal data
In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the http://www.neuralteks.com website is entitled to exercise the following rights:
– A right of access, rectification and deletion of the data collected
– A right to object to the processing of their data or a right to withdraw their consent
– A right to limit processing
– A right to portability of the data collected
– The right to formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of personal data after your death in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
Finally, if NeuralTeks detects a breach of personal data likely to give rise to a high risk for the rights and freedoms of its users, it undertakes to inform the users concerned as soon as possible.

Users must enclose proof of identity with their request.
The User may refer the matter to the supervisory authority in his/her country of residence in order to lodge a complaint, in France to the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/
- Data retention period
Your data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out above, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. User data is deleted when the retention periods expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods stipulated for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making this data available to the judicial authorities, where necessary.
- Security measures for personal data collected
As the data controller, NeuralTeks undertakes to take all necessary precautions to protect the security and confidentiality of data and, in particular, to prevent it from being altered, distorted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
All data is hosted in Europe. No personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
- Cookies
When browsing the website, information relating to the browsing of the user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded in files called “cookies”.
In certain cases, not applicable to the NeuralTeks website, a cookie may be used to monitor browsing or analyse user behaviour, and in particular :
– measure website traffic,
– to personalise the display of content available to the User.
The User may modify his/her preferences with regard to cookies, through the browser software used, and may also oppose the deposit of cookies via the cookie management solution available on the NeuralTeks website.
NeuralTeks pays particular attention to the latest decisions and positions taken on cookies by the national and European supervisory authorities. In particular, NeuralTeks undertakes to comply with the guidelines established by the CNIL via Deliberation No. 2020-091 of September 17, 2020 adopting guidelines relating to the application of Article 82 of the amended Act of January 6, 1978 to read and write operations on a user’s terminal (including “cookies and other tracers”) and repealing Deliberation No. 2019-093 of July 4, 2019.
Finally, NeuralTeks has taken note of the decision handed down by the CNIL on 10 February 2022 concerning Google Analytics. We have currently implemented an alternative solution (Matomo: https://fr.matomo.org/ ) enabling us to meet our regulatory and legislative obligations regarding the protection of personal data.
- Links to third-party sites
The Website may provide links to non-NeuralTeks sites, applications and services that may be operated by third party companies.
NeuralTeks is not responsible for the processing of personal data by these third-party sites. The User should consult their privacy policies.
- Changes to the Privacy Policy
Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page. NeuralTeks reserves the right to adapt and/or modify this Policy at any time without notice. The User will be informed – to the extent that it is technically and legally possible – by notification through the contact details available to NeuralTeks, namely by email. It is strongly recommended that you consult this page frequently, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the top. If the changes affect the processing activities carried out on the basis of the User’s consent, NeuralTeks must obtain your consent again.
